Welcome to the home of the Irish Cultural Society Of Scranton, Pennsylvania!
We’re glad you’ve stopped by to visit us. We’re a friendly group of Irish-Americans living in Northeastern Pennsylvania just trying to keep in touch with our roots and spread the joy of those roots to anyone willing to sit still for a minute and listen to a tale or some music. We sponsor an Irish Festival every year, a lecture series (that has as much music as talking and showing and is great for the kids as well as adults), lots of stuff going on around St. Patrick’s Day (of course), a great troupe of Stepdancers and music lessons, just to name some of the stuff we do! My New Year’s Resolution is to keep everything updated at least once a month, so to make it easier for me, we’re adding the News & Updates page. It’ll have changes before any other page, most likely. Well, check out a link and enjoy. |
